（新疆-2018年4月24日）新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州奎屯市一医院，一名哈萨克族女医生被羁押三个月后遭奎屯市法院判刑16年，于4月上旬死于监狱。当地哈萨克族人称，这名医生名叫努尔古丽，今年50岁，被判刑前担任州立奎屯医院的医务科科长。努尔古丽仅仅是在公共场合，质疑一肉档东主将清真食品与猪肉混合出售，被在场的便衣警察带走拘留及判刑。
奎屯一医院医务科科长，哈萨克族努尔古丽于今年一月下旬被当地公安刑事拘留，奎屯市检察院以所谓宣扬、散布、传播宗教极端、暴力恐怖思想等罪名对其进行起诉。一位要求匿名的哈萨克族知情人士对记者说，努尔古丽被捕三个月后被判刑16年，入狱三天便死亡。
知情人士称，努尔古丽生于1968年，未婚：“她生前在奎屯医院担任医务科科长，也是高级医师。4月20日，她去世的消息才传出来，死亡日期在4月上旬，当时她已经被判刑16年。判刑的原因是她住所的小区门口，原来是卖清真羊肉的店铺，后来被当局强制性的将猪肉和羊肉混在一起卖。努尔古丽见后，问对方为何把清真食品与猪肉混合出售，在附近的几个人立即上前把她带走了”。

这位哈萨克族人还称，努尔古丽被刑事拘留的三个月内，其工作单位不闻不问，也不告诉其家属。只到发生命案，当局还封锁消息：“目前无法核实努尔古丽在监狱中是被打死的，还是患病死，当地公安向家属施加压力，禁止把消息外出去。现在对哈萨克族人连狗都不如”。

另据额敏县一哈萨克族人对记者披露，当地一位已经退休多年的哈萨克族县长，八十多岁的哈吾肯，也被当地公安送入“去极端化学习中心”。.当地官员放话称，无论有罪没罪，抓捕的人至少要关押一年。目前，该县已有六千多人被捕，而被捕者人数还在增加。

A female Kazakh doctor who worked in a hospital in Kuitun, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture died in prison during early April after serving her term for three months. The Court of Kuitun sentenced her 16 years in prison. According to local Kazakhs, the doctor was the 50-year-old Nuerguli, chief of medical department in the Kuitun Hospital. Nuerguli pointed out in public that a meat market owner mixed pork and halal meat, and she was immediately brought away by police in plain clothes.
During late January, the local police criminally detained Nuerguli, a Kazakh and the chief of the medical department of a hospital in Kuitun. The Procuratorate of Kuitun sued her with the charge of “spreading extreme religious and terrorist doctrines.” An anonymous Kazakh told the reporter that Nuerguli was sentenced 16 years in prison, and she died three months after her arrest.
According to informed sources, Nuerguli was born in 1968. She was single. “She was the chief of the medical department in Kuitun Hospital. She was also a chief physician.
